With this expansion, the practice is also proud to introduce two highly skilled and compassionate doctors, Jackson Buckman, O.D. and Crystal Eppling, O.D., who will enrich the patient experience with their expertise and dedication.

Dr. Jackson Buckman is a diligent and detail-oriented optometrist who found his true calling in eye care through a journey of inspiration and dedication. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona, Dr. Buckman pursued his Doctor of Optometry at Midwestern University College of Optometry. His dedication to the field and commitment to excellence resulted in numerous accolades, including being named Clinician of the Quarter, receiving a Low Vision Rehabilitation award, and graduating Top 5 in his class.

Specializing in ocular disease management and treatment, Dr. Buckman's passion lies in making a difference in his patients' well-being and quality of life.

"I was inspired by the impact that eye doctors can have on their patients' lives during my time shadowing them in school,” Dr. Buckman said. “Now, I am thrilled to be part of the Lake Havasu Family Eyecare team as it allows me to serve the community where I was born and raised. Dr. Crystal Eppling is an ambitious and friendly eye doctor with a particular interest in glaucoma treatment and management. Originally from a small town in Iowa, Dr. Eppling pursued her undergraduate degree at the University of Northern Iowa before falling in love with Arizona's breathtaking landscapes during her studies at Midwestern University College of Optometry.

While in optometry school, Dr. Eppling's exceptional skills and dedication earned her a membership in Beta Sigma Kappa. She also received Practice Excellence recognition and the honor of being named Clinician of the Quarter. Graduating in the Top 3 of her class, she was determined to return to the area she had grown fond of and provide top-notch eye care to the community she now calls home.
